Cali Lovin’: Bixby Bridge, Golden Gate Bridge, Pigeon Point Lighthouse, Shark Fin Cove

This is my last entry on our Central – Northern California roadtrip. In addition to Pinnacles and Point Lobos, we had a few other mini trips. I don’t have too much to write about them, so please enjoy some photos!

Dennis the Menace Park

1924 Southern Pacific Steam Engine – super cool to look at! If only we can climb on it…

Old Fisherman’s Wharf in Monterey Bay

Enjoying the views before chowing down on some bomb seafood.

Bixby Bridge in Big Sur

A scenic sunset to set the mood.

The Golden Gate Bridge in San Francisco

The view before Karl the Fog rolled in just to say hi.

Pigeon Point Lighthouse in San Mateo County

We stayed at a hostel right next to this beauty.

Shark Fin Cove in Davenport

Carolina taking a photo. Can you spot the shark fin?

The trip was a success! We got to see many treasures of California that we didn’t have the chance to explore before. Have you had a road trip to Central and Northern California? Where did you go, and what do you recommend we add to our itinerary next time we go? Do you plan to add any of these spots to your bucket list?
